At our website Beeblackcar, we strive to provide excellent service to our customers. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel or modify your reservation. This refund policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, modifications, and refunds.

Cancellations       

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled reservation time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time are subject to a cancellation fee.
  • The cancellation fee will be equal to the full fare of the reservation.
  • Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, traffic, or vehicle breakdown will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Modifications

  • Modifications to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled reservation time.
  • Modifications made less than 24 hours before the reservation time may be subject to a modification fee.
  • The modification fee will be equal to the full fare of the original reservation.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the cancellation or modification.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the original reservation.
  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time.
  • Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
