Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled reservation time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time are subject to a cancellation fee.
- The cancellation fee will be equal to the full fare of the reservation.
- Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, traffic, or vehicle breakdown will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Modifications
- Modifications to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled reservation time.
- Modifications made less than 24 hours before the reservation time may be subject to a modification fee.
- The modification fee will be equal to the full fare of the original reservation.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the cancellation or modification.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the original reservation.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time.
- Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
