Upon cancellation within the designated timeframe, a full refund of your payment will be processed and credited back to your account. We aim to provide a seamless, hassle-free refund process to ensure customer satisfaction.

We commit to arriving at your designated location at least 5 minutes earlier than your scheduled pick-up time. If we anticipate any delay, our office will contact you via phone to provide updates until your driver arrives at your pick-up location. Although we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle, we have a process to assist you.

After dropping you off, our drivers thoroughly sweep the vehicle to ensure that no belongings are left behind. However, if you believe you have left any items in our vehicle(s), please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime. We will promptly check the vehicle and do our best to locate and return any lost items to you.

We provide a 24-hour pickup reminder to ensure you are well-informed about your upcoming ride. This reminder is sent to you via email and text, giving you a gentle nudge and ensuring you have all the necessary details for your journey.

As the final step, we send a follow-up email 12 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. This email includes your assigned driver’s name and phone number, allowing you to easily contact them if needed.
